After an unexpected glimpse into the world of dementia, Berniece decided, shortly before turning 70, to become a Brain Health specialist. With the pandemic limiting her options and her 16 grandchildren cheering me on, she plunged into the mind-boggling world of the internet and, after receiving her certification, launched her online business, Keep Your Brain Sharp. Now in her 2nd year, she's lovin' it - challenges and all, becoming quite comfortable with "feeling the fear, and doing it anyway"!
