Angela Martin has been coaching women in the health and fitness industry for over a decade! She's a personal trainer and her business LIFT Academy specializes in coaching women through all stages of their lives. Whether it's 1-1, 2-1 or small groups, she believes that integrating fitness into your habits is easier for women with a social component. Her method includes strength training and reformer pilates training, and mindset training yielding optimal lasting physical and mental transformations in her clients. She is a pre/post natal certified, and has a background working as a Kinesiologist in clinic with people with various injuries. At LIFT academy they pride themselves in being an inclusive environment where every woman can feel like they belong.
