Nicole Matthiesen is an Ayurvedic health coach and an intuitive healing guide. After (over)working for many years in the corporate world, she found herself burnt out and experiencing several physical ailments, including I.B.S. (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) which she was told was "incurable". Unable to experience effective healing from Western medicine approaches, Nicole was led to the sister sciences of yoga and Ayurveda where she found healing on so many levels. And she's been IBS symptom-free since 2017.
Deeply transformed by this experience, she left the corporate world and now supports others on their own transformational journeys. Through one-on-one coaching, tarot readings, personalized rituals and consultations, Nicole guides her clients in overcoming self-limiting beliefs and behaviors to create healthier, more meaningful lives.
