Susan Young is an award-winning communicator + A/E/C trainer with 40 years of experience. She teaches professionals to be clear, confident communicators so they win trust, respect, and clients. Susan began her career as an on-air radio news reporter and anchor in the New Jersey/New York media market. She has won numerous broadcasting awards. For 10 years, Susan interviewed everyone from homeless people to presidents. Susan also co-managed the Governor's Office of Radio & TV for New Jersey Gov. Christine Todd Whitman. And she worked as a public relations director for a statewide nonprofit.
In 2000, Susan opened her communications firm and is a sought-after keynote speaker and trainer. Her curiosity, listening, storytelling, and new skills bring a unique perspective to A/E/C business development and client communication. In addition, Susan is certified in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP). Susan has been honored as "Entrepreneur of the Year" and is one of the 'Top 75 Badass Women on Twitter'.
