Don found his passion, To Clean America's Waters, in the 5th grade, on the first Earth Day. While fishing with his dad he had seen the dead fish, yellow foam and putrid smell from the pollution and knew he needed to act. He did and make impacts in many areas. That action led him to leadership roles where he loved helping individuals and teams be more than they thought they could. Today he helps people find the career that energizes them and life that fulfills them.
