Rebeccah's own health and wellness challenges while living in different countries and experiencing different cultures led her to study the field of Sociology, Psychology and Energy Medicine which further defined her interest in people and their environments and how environments shaped the landscape of their emotions and wellbeing and created patterns. Through her own experiences and knowledge base had gained the wisdom of recognizing patterns that promote wellness, wellbeing, and patterns that create the feelings of exhaustion, depression and lack of wellbeing.
