He has always been involved in sports playing football & competing in athletics. He spent 15 years as an amateur boxer at a high level, which from an early age gave him a great understanding of what it takes to be elite & perform in a competitive environment.
He took these skills, knowledge, & discipline into his career which has seen him work across a variety of sectors with impressive results. He helped grow the sales teams at Co-op Group helping to build develop & run 2 of their contact centre sites including the head office. Then he took this experience into the SME sector, helping to ghrow a small energy company from 10 people to over 100 in just 18 months, while creating & maintaining a culture of excellence & constant improvement.
His passion was always in training & developing his teams & he now spends his time as an international coach & over the years has helped 1000's of individuals to achieve their dreams and entrepreneurs/ small business owners overcome the mindset blocks holding them back from sclaing up & making their businesses more profitable.
Robert now spends his time helping companies of all shapes & sizes build the type of environments that breed success & helps individuals achieve their dreams.
