Danielle Gibson is a Confrontation Expert and High Performance Coach. Her definition of confrontation is "to get out of your own way so you can deal directly with someone or something you've been avoiding out of fear," which is the biggest thing holding you back.
Not being confrontational keeps you small, holds you back and often causes the demise of relationships, personally and professionally. Being confrontational can also prevent the conflict most people are scared will come from confrontation.
Danielle partners with Founders, Entrepreneurs, and Execs who are stuck in a mundane, unrewarding cycle to help break them free. She helps them in areas like difficult conversations, being more assertive/direct, speaking up, saying NO, boundary setting (helps prevent burnout), money conversations (asking for more), Public Speaking/ connecting better during presentations, and much more.
